I've been critical of those starts as much as anyone, but at least there's some modicum of logic that could lead to some people being able to make the game. On the contrary, I can't think of a single segment of any fan base that would be more likely to make a game at 6 pm on a Friday as opposed to 7 or 730. They're just ridiculous.

Westy- What do you do with those few hours of your life when you aren't sleeping or on these boards? There has to be something off of Mass Pike exit 3 worth exploring ?

Well... One side under the band was mostly full, but the 107, 108, 109 sections did not look like there were any students.
Tonight's attendance 6032. When is the last time the BC game wasn't a full house? Did the game end up selling out? Tickets were still available as of about 2:00 today.

He played last night. No Phelps tonight, either. I was surprised to see the 4th line was different tonight. They were the only line that played well Friday night.

A surprising move to me as well. I wonder if Olsson may be banged up, I saw him skating off the ice on Friday looking a bit ginger. Don't remember if he came back out after that or not. The move was even more confusing because it was obvious Kelley and to a lesser extent Diffley did not have the speed to keep up with BC's forwards, so skating the fourth line was a risk. Perhaps Quinn took issue with the way Phelps and Olsson played on Friday and wanted to send a message, who knows. But we basically skated three lines for the entire third period and a chunk of the second. I think I can count on one hand the number of times I saw Kelley on the ice.

I think this may be it. The 4th line was on the ice for the Sanford goal, and if you watch the replay, all three forwards completely forget to turn around to cover someone, even though they are all in the general area of where Sanford received the pass before top shelfing the backhander. Andren shows his frustration right after the goal. They didn't see many shifts after that.

I thought O'Reagan had a rough weekend.
Yeah he was kind of non-existent. JFK played great but had definitely two if not three chances on almost empty nets and whiffed. Still, liked what I saw from him. Also, I thought Cloonan played pretty well last night. So many shots last night missed high. Especially from Ahti.
