NESN is airing BU Terriers All-Access #2 at 4 p.m. today. NESNplus will show it after the game.

"We will show the game on the video board pregame as long as we can, so before and after warmups. The plan at this time is to post any necessary updates/the final score in-game as well."

This means that I am not going to BU game. Disappointing. I had hoped to be able to tape Pats and not find out score. I was even going to listen to a podcast during BU game so I wouldn't hear anyone talking about game.

I hope you're at peace with your decision when you wake up Sunday morning following wins by the Chiefs and Terriers. :):cool:

Because they were never going to get win #50 this weekend. That's why. Stupid Providence. The only saving grace is the local media will be overly focused on the Pats and Jerry's 1000th won't get much coverage. :)

Colby did an excellent job, not sure what your issue is with him. The guy that was the host though - not sure where they found him. That studio is in Florida???

Looked kind empty there. Probably see the same tomorrow, maybe more so due to the Pats. Got an email that I can pick up my Beanpot tickets tomorrow night. Missing the final cuz I'll be in Seattle. Just as well.

Played for the wrong team? Seriously, like him or not, at least he has a clue about college hockey which puts him a big step above the other two "nitwits."

C'mon Scarlet, the attendance was a capacity 7884 so you must have been imagining things. BC goes by turnstile count. Some kid in the ticket office said so, so it must be true.

Great game with two good teams. BU took way too many penalties. Tough break with a soft tripping call with 2 minutes left in the game but that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes. BU needs a W tomorrow. Never mind the JY1k crap, but BU is falling behind fast in Hockey East.

so i get the sarcasm and wasn't there:o:( but the highlights on NESN even showed the lower bowl packed where the stuffed shirt alumni season tickets holders are that usually arrive dressed as empty seats. I am waiting for FiveHole12's assessment of the crowd, he's been keeping me informed so hopefully he'll chime in. Anyway, sounded like a great game and atmosphere and total white knuckle time the entire third period. Looking for the same tonight.

- From a TV screen - The lower bowl looked sparse at the start of the game, but filled in as it went on.
- Too bad it was such a penalty filled game. I swear Miller made virtually every call, Koharski hardly any. At least it always seemed to be Miller telling the scorekeeper what the penalty was.
- The TV broadcast hardly showed any replays besides they goals. It got to be frustrating.
- I expected a little more love for JFK's amazing pass to Ahti from the ice on the second goal after being tripped up.
- BC's defense was tough to penetrate in the third. Kudos to them.
- I thought Greenway was invisible until the third period. O'Regan also had a tough night.

Hopefully we get some mojo back tonight.

Those in attendance were all there. ;)

Very good crowd. I think the 6:00 start contributed to the sparse crowd early on. It filled in nicely by the end of the first.
Now we know how to get folks in their seats by 7:00. . . start the game at 6:00.

Looking forward to my annual visit to HAA ) LOL

I will see my BU friend and he was up at Pikes last night drinking a beer with me and I got some dirty stares from this old fart as my friend was wearing his BU jersey. We just carried on and talked. Great game for us and expect another barnburner tonight.

I like 7PM games ) I had to rush to get to the 6PM last night and woof down my food and drink ..... hate that before they kick us out of the room

This is the first I've looked at them. How'd that happen? I like my seats up high and requested it. Gotta check them from now on at the booth.

By the middle of the second pretty much every seat was full, so calling it a sellout wasn't a stretch. 6 pm Friday games are a disaster.
