I was thinking to myself "Wow, that was the best second period I've seen them play in a while." Then I realized they just swapped out the second for the third. That was probably the worst third period I've seen in some time. What a major, major disappointment.

That being said, I was kinda digging the Cockerill/Bowers/Crone all-frosh line.

They aren't, and while that's absolutely a point we should've had, dropping a point to this UMass squad is not like dropping one to any of their teams from the past 4-5 years that were among the bottom few in the country.

hmmm

according to the box score, that top line was -5
the other 3 lines (of which mookie is going to assume bu's are (should) be more talented) were +3, +3, +2

Not sure. You should probably check in on the BC thread. They’d probably have more info. Cuz, you know, he’s a BC player. :) I am still curious about how he’s related to Lindsay, though.

Disappointing tie, felt like BU gave UMass a point there.

Harper (illness) ruled out for Monday per DFP.

GQ just can't get his guys to play a full game...it looked like BU was happy dominating that game and thought 3 goals would be more than enough. They must have gone to Cane's in the 2nd intermission for their free chicken.

The conspiracy theorist in me desperately wants to believe that GQ knows how terrible we've been at home this season and is angling for a #5 seed so we don't have to play at home in the HEQF.
