I have to compliment BC on its creativity for taking a path that nobody expected to the FF. Just when I thought you were a bunch of one-trick pon'... er, birdies. Well done, you. :)

If you wanted a full life, then you should have gone to BU or Northeastern; students from those two seem to turn out pretty well-adjusted.

FHF is spot on; no reason to give him a rolleyes. BC is the Mercyhurst of Hockey East, not the class of Women's College Hockey at large.:p

Delete the one problematic phrase, and the article you linked is a great read.

Correct...You wouldn't even need to delete it, just word it a little different so the statement reads like:


Over the last 12 years, the Boston College Eagles have established themselves as the class of their conference and as one of the top programs in women’s college hockey."

I agree with you that bc does not feel like an underdog. In fact, I get the feeling that bc will win this game in pretty comfortable fashion. Something like 5-2.

Of course I could be wrong but it just seems like bc has finally found their offensive mojo.

I kind of get the vibe that BC women's hockey is Lucy holding the football for Grant to attempt to kick. Two more wins, and he is going to head to the FF certain that this is the year. No doubt.
