Vock scores. Muse had it covered in his opinion but the refs didn't blow the whistle and it was poked in.

2-1.

Replays showed Muse never had it. Yikes. Soft.

UVM score again to make it 2-1. You'd think this was a national championship game the way the crowd is going nuts. Great stuff.

Ya, I live in Soviet Canuckistan where anything American, especially TV, is viewed as evil. So ESPNU have I not. Not sure why they haven't blocked my access to American radio streamed over the internet, but I imagine they are monitoring this and will cut me off soon.

Goal will stand.

Interesting. No UVM or BC posters -- do I assume all their fans get ESPNU, or should I be more cynical? (Rhetorical.)

Just flipped the TV from the Pats vs the (mis-named) Titans game to this one, and saw a brief replay of the BC non-goal. Why was it waved off -- was the play offsides?

BC non-goal was waived off because it went through the side of the net.

That's what I thought at the time, but the TV crew just said the game could easily be tied at 2. :confused:

Did further review confirm that it should have counted?

Dunno, had the sound muted, but seeing the replay, brief as it was, the goal looked good to me. Not sure how the puck could have gone through the side of the net, as the shooter was in front of it.

Rather confusing with Joe and Steven Whitney playing on a line together. Must be pretty cool for them though.
