BOSTON COLLEGE 2025 - 2026

4 of those forwards are 2nd to 4th round draft picks. Add to that their 5 returning draft pick forwards (2 1's, 2 2's and a 6th) and that does not include Resendes and Vote so as you say they should be fine on offense. Don't forget the big transfer on D, 6'3' 200 lb. Teddy Mallgrave who should be a top 4 so only 2 of those freshmen may fill out the top 6. Nice that Henriquez got drafted so Cloutier should have some competition.
Mallgrave only played in 11 games at St. Lawrence-on what basis does he project as top 4? (That would be great).
BC is recruiting NJ 2nd rd pick-Matias Vanhaven (Finland)-who put up huge numbers in CHL -21 g and 56 assists last year. Almost seems like there might be a player or two leaving to make room? Thanks for weighing in -looking forward to hearing more on Mallgrave.

Mallgrave may have been injured as he only played the first half of the season. For a physical player he only took 2 penalties and is a defensive player, just what BC will need. He also is 21 with 3 years left. https://avandatimes.org/sport/bosto...y-mallgrave-to-strengthen-blue-line-presence/

Recruits coming in this Fall-
Forwards-Teddy Mutryn, Alex Pelletier, Brady Kudrick, Casey Mutryn,
-Rudolf Berzkahns-Oliver Murnieks-
Defense-Casey Woodall, Quinn Beauchesne, Matthew Grimes
G-Henriquez

A bit nervous about 3 freshmen D-men who will need to play some big minutes with the huge loss of Fortescue, Gustafsson and Minnetian. They all seem to have some offensive skill which is so important in today’s game.
There appears to be a logjam at forward now, and more competition for top 9 and even on the 4th line.
Going to be a very interesting season. I am glad to see we have a couple of early pre-season games-US National Team and MSU to help break in some many young players.
I was under the impression that Casey Mutryn is coming in 2027, not this year.

Berzkalns is on Muskegon 2026 roster and Murnieks back with St, Johns in CHL. We could use an experienced Defenseman .

Roster looks like this (for now)

Forwards:
Hemming (So)- Stiga (Jr)- Conmy (Sr)
Alex Pelletier (Fr)- LeTourneau (Jr.) - Teddy Mutryn (Fr)
Sondreal (Jr) - Moore (So)- Vote (Sr)
Kudrick (Fr) -Casey Mutryn (Fr)-- Resendes (So)

Defense:

Radiojevic (So.)-Kostadinsky (So)
Beauchesne (Fr.)-Grimes (Fr)
Woodall (Fr)-Mallgrave (So)
Joyce (Sr)

Goaltenders:
Henriquez (Fr)
Cloutier (So)
Korec (Sr)

At first, I was surprised to see you list Pelletier as second line left wing until I read up on him. USHL player of the year leading the league with 48 goals and a natural left winger. Solidly built at 5'10' 190 lbs. and just turned 21. Listed as a first at the rink, patient and disciplined type player. He should fit in fine there. In goal they have 3 who could play. That is a luxury if someone falters or is injured. The biggest concern would be defense. Another is needed. Could a forward transition there if needed like Stiga did before or maybe someone else?
