Eichel had a couple tough opponents under his belt through 13 games last year

i know it huh? I grew up in Melrose, he was THE hometown hero. He was a decade before me at MHS but imagine his junior year Melrose was undefeated and won the league, state and New England titles ?

Looking forward to the matchup in January as BC has been playing well and will carry momentum into January against PC and BU.

A lot of contributions from the roster and nicely distributed evenly. It will be interesting matching with HU in the Beanpot this year. When was the last time they were in the finals ? Ages ago ....

4. Noah Hanifin, the third pick in last summer's draft, looked good. He is strong and will evolve into a pretty good offensive player. I think another year at Boston College would have been beneficial because he would have played in all situations and been on a good team with a chance to win a championship. Also he could have been ultra aggressive offensively, which would have helped that part of his game. However, there is no doubt that Hanifin is physically strong enough to be in the NHL and he doesn't look out of place at all.

the epic 7-6 OT game in 2008 ?..........can anyone 'splain the sat-sun home and home this weekend vs Huskies rather than fri-sat as is normal?

HE agreed to give both of the schools that went to Northern Ireland an extra day off before the games the following weekend to help with the jet lag.

I wasn't aware of that. Lowell also is also playing a home and home with UConn, Saturday and Sunday.

Where I work blocks a bunch of sites also. But, we get 2 hours in 15 minute increments to access sites like this one, ESPN(if I'm really desperate), HE, etc.

Yes but I don't think that was a final. Was it ? It's been so long and they even have problems winning in the losers round of late in the consolation games. At least NU has made the finals besides BC and BU. HU and NU are in a bigtime drought in this tournament. The last time HU won was in the early 90s ??
