Re: Bohemian Rap City: Movies Thread

Was going to previously mention the previews before Endgame for the Aladdin live action and Lion King. Ugh.

Lion King looked dumber than f-ck and it broke up the audience haw haw -- they know what they're doing. We didn't get Aladdin.

Re: Bohemian Rap City: Movies Thread

Do they know what they are doing? Dumbo says otherwise ;)

Lion King should do quite well but Alladin looks...ummm...interesting.

Wait, what? Failed historical theme parks during the 90s didn't cause their stock to skyrocket then?

They quadrupled in a decade -- that's not bad.

98-09 was their fallow period. Dunno what was going on then -- weren't they buying everything?

I am not arguing they dont make boatloads of money...I am saying that doesnt mean they make all the right decision. Ask ESPN ;)

Re: Bohemian Rap City: Movies Thread

went to see endgame.

obviously not giving anything away, but y'all know things are censored here.... entire theatre got a chuckle when a certain character got a glimpse of their butt and we only heard, "that's america's (dubbed silence)" :D

Indiana Jones and the last crusade is on. One of my all time faves, hasn’t seen in years.

What a great send off for the Indy series. Glad they never did a sequel.

Re: Bohemian Rap City: Movies Thread

Doom wasn't THAT bad. It was bad, but not as bad as if they decided to make a fourth one. There were some redeeming moments.

I have no idea what you are referring to, just as I'm still confused the Star Wars movies are numbered episodes 4-9.

Was that the wind?

I have wondered from time to time how Natalie Portman never got another role after The Professional.
