Didn't dumpster say last spring, by tweet or direct quote, that he asked Putin whether Russia interfered in the '16 election, that Putin denied it, and that he trusted Putin at his word? If he did, has that shown up in the LP ads?
 
He said that at some conference yes. (Helsinki maybe) And it has been in a couple of the ads I believe.

Well, if we're playing "Should" Dump should be in prison.

Keep pushing on all fronts. This has the potential to be a realigning election that wipes out 40 years of Plute fascism. Just keep riding it. As of now we've been doing fine.

Harris is a smart choice, both for the politics and because she's completely capable of taking over. Leak some cabinet slots here and there to appeal to particular factions. Campaign to the center, govern to the far, far left (which is to say, the center of the country before the Nazis began to change it).

3 decades ago, he would be. Since then, half the country got screwed so hard by the plutes that they've decided it's better to elect an incompetent, thin-skinned, fascistic carnival barker to burn it all down. Better that than to run the risk of a Bush or a Clinton or Joe Biden, with the help of the rest of the DC career lobbyists and bureaucrats, selling out what's left of their factory jobs and sending their sons to die in another meaningless Middle East conflict.

Beating a dead horse on this one, but could not disagree more on Harris. If she is the nominee Trump has a chance. Susan Rice is a million times better, both as a candidate and in the situation she actually had to take over. There is a reason Harris did so poorly in the primary.
 
Obsessing over the Veep and fault finding with whoever is chosen is falling into a trap. To quote an esteemed peer, it's the "Tiger Beat on the Potomac" gimmick of political gossip just to roil the waters and have something to kvetch about.

It's inventing agita for its own sake.

Any of the finalists are fine choices. Whichever of the cheerleaders you go home with, be happy.

Time will tell. It's not as much about how I personally feel about her as much as it is about who gets Biden over the line. I think Harris plays great in Cali and DC but not as much in the places it really counts.

Yes, Harris is TERRIBLE choice for a Republican running mate.

A black woman is going to be toxic with racists and misogynists. We are going to lose the conservative vote. Gee whiz.
