Thanks, mar 7967. For those of you who do not have time to keep up with mar's excellent site, two more AHA teams have schedules out now, with seven teams remaining to post their schedules: AIC, AF, Bentley, Bobby Mo, HC, Niagara, and RIT.

Bentley will visit Clarkson this year, October 22-23. I don't know if we've ever played Bentley before; not that I can remember.

Air Force schedule now complete, and the AF Falcons will be visiting the Bentley Falcons at the JAR for two on the 30th and 31st December 2010 (New Year's Eve). :eek: No doubt that AF will have more fans than Bentley at this one, unless a lot of Bentley parents show up.

RIT complete schedule now out, with Bentley traveling to Rochester for two on Friday and Saturday, 14-15 January 2011.

Bentley now scheduled to play AIC on Tuesday, 11 January, and Friday, 11 February, 2011, in Springfield, and Saturday, 12 February 2011, in Watertown (aka the JAR).

I think its a pretty fair guess that you will play Holy Cross as a home/home the last weekend (2/25-2/26).

It's turning into a nice little rivalry to head into the playoffs with. They play hard even when the standings are nearly finalized. I would imagine the league would keep this intact.

Thanks, mar7967. I am really pleased that Ryan Soderquist was able to get Bentley match ups against Quinnipiac, RPI, Clarkson (two), Northeastern, and UMass-Lowell for six OOC games this upcoming season. It shows that these other programs have a lot of respect for Bentley, despite the terrible second half that the Falcons suffered this past season.

My guess is that Bobby Mo will be playing Bentley the weekend of 5/6 November, Niagara the weekend of 12/13 November, and a home/home with Holy Cross the last weekend of the regular season on 25/26 February, with the third Holy Cross game slotted in somewhere.

I definitely will be making a road trip to Quinnipiac and RPI the weekend of 15/16 October; I really like both of those venues for hockey, and will continue to dream for a nice on-campus facility for hockey at Bentley some day. Sigh.....

Here's a topic: If you had $1,000,000 to give to your hockey program, and could direct how it got spent, what would you spend it on?

Me, I would offer a phat guaruntee to Michigan, Notre Dame and Princeton to come play Bentley at the Fleet/TD Banknorth/Bay Bank/Sovereign/Whatever Arena for a weekend tourney. Buses for students, and a modicum of promotion in the local media to make sure some hockey fans know about it.

Not quite...Bentley travels to Robert Morris on 12/3 and 12/4.

Only three games with Holy Cross and two with Niagara remain to be scheduled. You can pretty much predict when at least four of these games will be played by checking out mar's master AHA schedule. I predict home and home games with the Cross the last weekend of the regular season.

Looks like coverage will be once again provided at B2 for a price for video/audio. Also have heard that there may be improvements to the ingame experience, albeit minor changes (i.e. no changes to the arena). Mostly changes would include intro music for periods when team skates out onto ice. This would be welcome if true - there have been far too many periods of silence and when there isn't silence, all I ever seem to hear is the warmup CD. Which is great for warmups, but that's about it.

Wonder why it is taking so long for Bentley and Holy Cross to work out a schedule for their three games?

Interesting comparison of OOC games for these two arch rivals:

It is pretty much guaranteed that two games will be the last weekend of the season...I would assume the schedule holdups are not due to difficulty scheduling games, but more likely that the sports info departments are either busy or lazy...
