What's my point? All three of you are wrong. Anyone who looks at a match-up and says, "well, UND is playing the 9th place team, they should sweep easily," is out of your mind. Why do you think Denver lost a game to Tech last weekend? How 'bout because every team in the league is pretty darn good? WCHA fans go around touting how deep the conference is, then bash the last-place teams, or even the 9, 10 and 11th place teams. I understand trash-talking, but good god, use common sense too.

The and in my post blew right past your defective sarcasim meter. My post was intended to needle thebrain. He responded to it much better than you did.

You also apparently didn't read my other posts where I basically told other UND fans that I would like to see, but don't assume, a UND sweep.

Pretty much...Don't expect a sweep, like LaPanta is already doing for when Minnesota plays BSU...

No. Even if the Sioux sweep, Denver would still be just two points back if they were to sweep UNO. Then if UND melts down in Houghton next weekend and somehow only earns one point or no points and DU sweeps their final series they'd finish in first ahead of us. Unlikely, but it's still a remote possibility.

Because I posted a link? It's a message board, I don't think too many on here take this very seriously. BSU can beat teams that have gotten over on the Sioux and UND can be beat... what hasn't been proven is if the Beavers can beat the Sioux this year.

Well we won't beat anyone by just showing up. The team needs to realize that they need to play with intensity to beat BSU. We need a sweep to keep the pressure on so lets win Saturday and sweep Sunday.

Of course any team can beat any other team on a given night. But there is a reason UND is favored in this series. They are better. It's that simple.
