Surprised there was no thread for the final regular season game in this series. BC coming off a bad loss to Maine, BU coming off a bad loss to MC, etc.

BC should win, blah, blah, blah, etc. Anyone?

That's funny because I was about to start a thread for this with "Blah Blah Blah" in the title.... I guess its just not me!

BC should win, but I'll be a homer and predict BU wins 4-3...

I'd be more concerned about a BC loss if they had beaten Maine and were still on their unbeaten streak. I doubt it's lopsided like the last two games, but I think BC wins by a goal or 2.

I don't think BC has lost back-to-back games this season...

Certainly could happen in this matchup, but I'll call a 3-3 tie. Looking at the HE schedule for BC after this road game...very, very favorable.

Sort of funny that all of the Beanpot teams are playing their first round opponent this week.

Right now, with home ice far from guaranteed for BU.. the league points are way more important for us. (Although somehow beanpot losses seem to hurt more)

For BC, well, I dont see how BC does not get home ice so it would be easier to choose the beanpot game...

If it would keep that turdburglar Weighart from writing a book about BU's Beanpot title I think I'd prefer that. Otherwise, I'd rather take the league points.

I'm pretty sure it's two. In fact, yes it is. Once in 06, once in 09. Ironically, neither of those games were close.

Could be three, depending on your definition of win. If win means goals scored by a team, regardless of whose goal on which it was scored.

Since no beanpot school has ever won a NC without winning the beanpot that same season, I'll take the beanpot. Not that I'm superstitious or anything. ;)

Besides... since we'll unlikely be able to sweep BU over the entire season (the beanpot may not be our last meeting), this would be a good one to lose. :cool:

That being said... The Eagles are pizzed. BC 5, BU 2 :D

Yea... we can sweep their azzes!

Isn't this the 4th time or so BC/BU have played this year? Seems like they are playing all the time for some reason.

Yep. But I heard it as 6"-12", depending on the speed of the storm. Starting very early Friday morning (3 am'ish) and out of here by early afternoon, possibly earlier on Friday. As long as the games on, I'll be there.
