The highest remaining seed has the choice of time and always takes the early game
BC/VT should be at 5

that was before last year. that is not what happened last year. hea has the final say in who plays when.

BC/Vermont.

And why do you guys want the 8 PM game? The early game is better for the team. They know when they are playing and they get the extra rest for Saturday (if they win).

Still no official word on which game will be first here in the press room. Being told that if it's determined tonight, we'll hear about it. Will keep you guys updated.

Also, in the middle of uploading video to the blog (check the sig). Worth watching Parker's video for his description of Nicastro's injury.

no way.

uvm and bc are the better teams and both are in the national tournament without winning. national recognized is bc. and uvm even made the ncaa basketball tourney.

much higher profile schools athletically.

we should be lucky and grateful we get 5p and are not forced to play at 2p ;)

Well, I know I'm really pleased with that effort out of the boys tonight. Bonino had a few plays, including the goal, that made me pretty sure he's ready for the big leagues. If all it take for this team to work that hard is being down to their final game, we're in good shape ;)

Not that we were given, but I'd assume somebody in an ivory tower somewhere crunched some imaginary numbers and decided BU-Maine would get the higher TV draw.

Honestly have no idea who would draw better, but I'd guess maybe the longer trip from Maine to Boston than Vermont to Boston could have something to do with it.

I think that TV would have veto power, and since there's no real need to veto, the highest seed would be allowed to decide.

Now let's hope that the first semi final game actually ends in regulation. That's been in an issue in previous years.
