And a Happy Thanksgiving to you as well and thanks again for running the Atlantic Hockey Pickem.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I’ll be in the West Point area this coming weekend, too bad the Tigers off RIT aren’t playing there then.

And just like that, Sacred Heart beats BU 4-0

Yup, SHU playing well. The BU thread is entertaining this morning. Comments about how Hockey East teams are getting used to losing to Atlantic Hockey teams. Good for SHU, Bobby Valentine, and Atlantic Hockey.
With Bentley’s win over ECAC Brown last night as well, it was a good night for Atlantic Hockey.
2-bid league this year?
Is there an "Atlantic Hockey Pick the Standings" competition thread each year?
I enjoy doing it in the ECAC, but I work a lot with Atlantic Hockey, so I thought it would be interesting in future years.

As long as MAR is still interested, he runs this every year and does a bang up job of doing it.

How does this work - can you link to a thread? I get picking the standings, but how does scoring work?
Here's a link to Lugnut's ECAC Pick the Standings thread https://board.uscho.com/showthread....gs-2019-2020&p=6852715&viewfull=1#post6852715
35TH40TH and niahock each got 6 points in the 10 games played. Komey did not make picks, so some people opened up their lead. With the Mercyhurst/RMU game on Friday postponed, I used the Saturday picks for the Saturday game of course, and we'll repick the makeup when it happens (I think I saw January?).

No pressure Downstate but you have the lead. Don’t let it get to you!![]()
Seems pretty cool. I can certainly try this next year also (if I remember!). I may not post updates as often as Lugnut does, as updating two contests weekly will be a lot, but it's certainly something I can attempt (or, help someone else who wants to do this! I'm great with spreadsheets)
I wouldn't have a problem doing it, if the help is needed. I just didn't want to duplicate effort if someone was already fielding the competition and I just couldn't find the thread.
Would it be of any interest to begin it now, even though the season is halfway through?
I have a basic Excel spreadsheet, because I am a geek, and wanted to see how close I had predicted this year's order so far. (I am way off BTW, as I did not see Army or RIT being in the positions they are at this point.)

If you're so great with spreadsheets, how is it that I'm only scoring 2-3 points a week? It's not like I'm skipping any of the games. I think it's a bug somewhere...
