I have a terrible admission. I detest the Mikado and I don't know why.

Edit: OH, NO, I DON'T! I detest Butterfly. I just mix them up all the time. Yes, this will be a treat! Thanks!

I just completed the Ring again. The first time was as a sort of intellectual mountain climb, this time was just for pleasure. It's really quite friendly once you get acculturated.

I *hope* they deliberately picked a substance that would not bond with the medium and is easy to wash off. Maximum shock value but no damage.

But this looks like peak Ute Entitlement. "My issue is so important I'll just destroy everything of value to get your attention." Yeah, go fuck yourself.
 
Finally saw Come From Away in person after missing the initial tour a few years back when our babysitter fell through last minute. Just as good as advertised. Highly, highly recommend everyone see it if/when it comes through their town.
 
I went through the Beyond Van Gogh immersive experience/exhibit recently. Absolutely beautiful and stunning. Highly highly recommend if you have an opportunity to go to it if it comes through your area. Seeing his works projected over a huge area and feeling immersed in the color and feeling the movement in his work was amazing.
 
mookie gonna stop in London after a quick visit to Boston end of Feb. for his 3 nights he will see Hamilton again. Then a new production called just for one day, set against Live Aid. Last night mookie will go see The Pretenders perform.
 
Hamilton was wonderful, as expected. 2nd time and could see weekly. The king george performer is always the highlight of the show for mookie:-)

just For One Day was powerful. So glad that mookie attended.

pretenders postponed due to Chrissie reporting a knee injury. Therefore mookie will see ENO perform barber of Seville tonight.
