Not sure. Same thing came up when I typed the address on my phome. I sent a message to "contact us" a few hours ago but haven't heard back from them.

Anyway, I've not ever seen it. And I have ridden the Cafe hard and put it away wet.

Not worried about it. Ran Norton AV, Malwarebytes, ran a search in file explorer, and services.msc and nothing regarding nginx came up.

I had the same thing, except it would only show when I used my bookmark, but if I typed in USCHO.com it was fine. I replaced my bookmark with the exact same text, and it would then go to the regular site.

Perhaps it's some type of assist feature like this one.
