Donovan recalled from Bridgeport as Isles put Travis Hamonic on IR. He could play in tomorrow's Stadium Series against the Rangers in Yankee Stadium. By having Donovan miss last night's game against the Bruins, which I went to, and be in Bridgeport, he is eligible to play for the Sound Tigers during the Olympic break.

Did anyone see the moron at Magness on Friday night, with the green wig, and the sign around his neck that said GO SEAHAWKS? My wife tried to get a pic but it didn't come out. I was REALLY hoping to see him on Saturday as we were leaving.

Donovan tweeted that he is excited to play in the outdoor game tomorrow night. Game is on NBCSN.

While a bit premature, last weekend's split with the whioux resulted in DU winning the 3rd tiebreaker for NCHC seeding (h2h goal diff), which could eventually mean the difference between playing Miami or CC in the first round. Or possibly home ice depending on how things shake out. Big stretch upcoming for the team.

Looks like the only team we can cheer for this weekend is Duluth--cannot pass us, even with a sweep, in this the Pios off week.

Matt Donovan had an assist on a goal by ex-Sioux Brock Nelson's goal at Yankee Stadium.

Goon has a video of some of the fka sioux penalties from last weekend. All well deserved.:D
