Oh heck yeah. I Would love to see DU play Michigan or Michigan State......anytime. Outdoors, I think CC or UND would draw the largest crowd, with maybe an all-day winter carnival type of atmosphere. I hope something like that happens, not just the 1 NHL game.

It is rare that only the NHL game is played. Most times there are junior, high school, minor league or college games played.

Please no! It's gotta be UND if the scheduling permits, or possibly CC. The MSU and uMich alumni clubs here are absolutely huge, but there's no rivalry value. If maximizing attendance is the goal, MSU, NoDak, Mich, CC would be the best, in order. But for the purposes of a great game and experience, it should be NoDak. Also, noncon series are usually worked out a year or two in advance, so it may not even be possible to get a noncon team here in Februrary (or whenever the game would be).

Decent result on the road this weekend. A split at Miami is fair and hopefully Denver can get their business done next weekend.

It's going to be a night game (Prime time); after sunset, on a Saturday. So...again with the rumors.... could that mean DU plays that day, or the Friday night before ?? The timing fits well with how they usually play CC home and home in the fall, then in February, eh?

Waiting for the blizzard on Long Island. Expecting 24 to 30 inches of snow with winds up to 75 MPH.

Isles John Tavares had 4 goals in today's NHL All Star Game. Hie teammate and former DU player tweeted this about JT. Pretty funny stuff.

Drew had a goal and an assist for the winning, 14-12, West Team in the AHL All Star game.
Nick centering the 4th line in the LA Kings practice today.

Looking forward to the weekend games against you guys! I'm hoping UMD can come out with a split but am optimistic they can do more. How's DU look this year and what are your expecattions for the weekend?

Oh and I know a few people that will be at the games so play nice with them :)

I hope to make the trip out to DU next year if it is scheduled at the right time (Thanksgiving or mid-October).
