AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! St. Cloud at Michigan Tech, Oct. 30-31

Re: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! St. Cloud at Michigan Tech, Oct. 30-31

This just came across on Facebook, and I figured this might spark some interest here...

Maybe he means beer is a bad thing? Then we'd need to kill him
There is a much better chance that he thinks that learning and being successful is a bad thing. He does go to St. Cloud State, after all.

Why learn things and be successful when we can be ignorant and get free money from "obama's stash" of government funds!

PS I thought this thread would be closed by now...shame on you guys for not keeping up the pace...

No, what cought me the most was the advertisement at the bottom of the message..If that came from the Universities facebook page, that's some decent marketing.

Actually, you can be a fan of KBC itself on Facebook. It's more likely Raceboarder saw it there, seeing as how he's an NMU alum.

I wish the Institution would still act like that in regards to alcohol... K-Day would be so much better if it was still Keg-Day. :(

It is being put on by the Entrepreneurs Club of Michigan Tech. I would hope that no one would think that a speech from brewery owners is somehow taboo or immoral, although some act like it. It is just a business and these two owners happen to be very good at it. Anyone looking to start a business of their own should be interested in what they have to say.

On a side not, I am with the consumer product manufacturing enterprise and we have been creating some machinery for them over the last couple of years. Right now we are creating and installing a machine that takes empty cans stacked on a pallet and loads each layer onto the canning line, one layer at a time. That is where I come in, I get to the the entire PLC control and electrical system. Any way, we got a brewery tour and it was awesome, highly recommended.

Of course shortbus is anti beer. But I'll bet he could put away, three... maybe even four Zimas!

Zima was the first thing I ever drank! When I was 15. Scary you would mention Zimas.

There are very few cars less masculine than a Mazda Miata.

Truth.

Off the top of my head (for popular cars, anyway): the New Beetle, the Toyota whatever it is with the bubble tail lights (looks like a Playskool truck), and uh.......yup. That's about it.
