2026 Elections: To the Midterms and Beyond!

Some likely AI-slop called CNN sightline that bases its predictions on “five factors” thinks Dems will win ME, MI, and MN, with AK apparently too hard to fake and MS a toss-up.

Bayh (D) takes IN-SecState. The Bayhs are a powerful political family in the state, but winning statewide for a Dem is wildly miraculous.

With this blue wave hitting the country and some parts of NY, NY-21 going for Trump lapdog Anthony Constantino. Race not called yet, but the face that this guy is even in the lead amazes the shit out of me

Abbott out as Texas guv.
Let's go live to his campaign HQ:

The NC State House GOP supermajority of 2024 redrew their districts so drastically that the Dems are going to have a supermajority in 2027.

That's how you do a Dummymander!

Watch Fetterman switch parties now.

Oh no, you think it’d have to do with Hasan Piker showing his Koran to Fetterman’s wife or something?
Won't matter if he does, the Dems will still have 53+ seats. That's enough room to allow people like Turek to pull a reverse Collins.

I still think it’s better to have him pissing from inside the tent than from outside - until Pa Democrats can field someone better of course.

Osborne (I) very, very slowly losing steam in NE-Sen, and BTW NE also really slow counting. Still +3.

There are places in Nebraska where cows outnumber people by 1,000 to 1. There are a couple of counties with something like 0.5 people per square mile. It takes them a hot second to report, since they're still using dial up service through AOL.
