Most political commentators in Alaska are laughing this one off BTW. Likely end up in state court but Alaska has a pretty independent judiciary and it’s likely to get shot down fairly quickly.

The dumbest thing about the lawsuit is that it hands the Dems easy ammunition in a state where distrust of the federal government is a given. It's attempting to win a Senate seat at the expense of a Governor's seat and potentially a House seat.
