You're right, all he promised was having untrained people in a situation where they should not have had any jurisdiction and with over-the-top immunity, but none of the obvious consequences of that are then his fault. The buck stops somewhere else.

Actually, my boys said yes - but that does not mean i want to move further left for immigration ideas.

Did you support the bipartisan immigration bill? Would you support a candidate promoting a similar idea?

I'm using the absolutes as an example of how there are positions in between the two that we should be striving for.

Did you support the bipartisan immigration bill? Would you support a candidate if they were promoting a similar idea?

Fair enough - i still don't believe that any sort of big majority of people who voted for Trump support the deaths we have seen. (Certainly, there are some that will never see their side as doing anything wrong) - but currently only 33% of Americans view ICE favorably - so by definition there are plenty of Trump voters who view them unfavorably.

That 33% is the entire core of the Right. It's the same 33% that will swallow anything Diaperboy says or does. And it's 100 million people. There are 100 million cultist dullards in this land of ours.

That's not a majority of Americans, no, but it's a dominant majority of the Republican party. Face it, son. Your party are fasc and your voters are vicious cowardly killers. "Company you keep," they say.
