The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
I would think in the next few weeks we should start hearing about coaching changes. My guess would be St Lawrence, UNH, UMass Lowell with Norm bazin retiring, and possibly Harvard.
I think it is worth mentioning the coaching changes we already knew about-
Congrats to Rick Gotkin on his retirement after 38 seasons, Mercyhurst had a miserable season including injuries from hell with some bright spots at the end thanks to some brilliant efforts by the defense and Charles-Edward Gravel. It was announced along with the fact that this would be his last season last March that his replacement is assistant coach Tom Peffall. Gotkin ends his career with a record of 617-579-114, 16th in wins all-time and 6th in games coached.
Brown coach Brendan Whittet stepped down Feb 20th for family medical leave but will return in admin role, assistant coach Jason Smith took over as interim. UMass assistant coach Tom Upton will take the head coaching role going forward after UMass' season ends
BChockeyblogger says it's Raboin to Minnesota. He's very tied in with the BC program and has a lot of sources in the college hockey world. I'd be surprised if he would say this without it being true
