2024-25 Schedules Thread

It sounds like Colorado College is backing out of their trip to Michigan State. We'll see how it plays out but tough to find a series this late. Michigan State will need to find a new opponent if this is the case. I believe Colorado college is probably okay as they had a trip to Alaska anchorage scheduled so maybe they won't play / use the extra 2 games.

IIRC, Colorado College was involved in something similar with Northeastern and Boston College. Specifically, CC came east (Oct '21) to play one each at NU and BC with those two scheduled for separate return visits the following season (2022-23). For whatever reason, CC reneged on the return visits very late. Because other potential opponents' schedules were already finalized, NU and BC had no alternative but to replace those games with non-conference games against each other, something neither team wanted.

No idea if cancellation fees were paid but the whole mess left something of an odor.

Yikes. And to think I was rooting for them to make the NCCA's last year... Time to move them to the shit-list. #BadJuju

Let me know if I missed anything!

Is the Army at Maine game on 10/12 supposed to be an exhibition or regular season game?

Oh good catch - it's apparently an exhibition game. I guess Army will only have 7 non-conf games instead of the max 8. At least I couldn't find another non-conf game on the AHA schedule list.

That is my interpretation, unless it is either a misprint or Army is going to announce a game against Stonehill or Long Island.
