Sweden looking pretty good against Russia. So that's nice.

Russia looked better the last half of the game, but their suspect goaltending sealed their doom. 6-3 Sweden final. Wings appear to have a good one in Edvinsson.

It pretty much has to be canceled at this point. US played Slovakia on Sunday, Slovakia played Sweden yesterday. There’s no way it’s not gonna float around to the other teams in Red Deer.

Is it one pod in Red Deer and one in Edmonton? They could just shut down the Red Deer teams.

Seeing a lot of people questioning shutting down a team over two players, since they allowed expanded rosters this time around. Rumors are that the two are goalies, though, so it then makes sense.

Three medal contenders in USA, Sweden, and Russia are playing in Red Deer, there’s no way you could shut down only Red Deer and have the tournament continue.
