SOG after Regulation: North Dakota 36 - 32 Minnesota State

Goalies: Scheel 29 saves; McKay 33 saves

Both sides are 0-fer on the powerplay. Penalty kill has been very strong for both sides.

North Dakota fans look relieved. Mankato fans look sick. Neutral fans look satisfied.

Sioux have been strong in OT this year. Coming back late in the third is also a huge momentum swing.
B. Melrose has passed out in the booth, yammering about Cornell.

The cameras didn't show it, but Bucci wet himself when Kawaguchi scored the tying goal. Medical providers are in the ESPN booth at the moment making sure Melrose isn't dead.

Zambonis have cleaned the ice. The teams are just about ready to get back out on the ice. The tension in the arena could be cut with a kni...wait...pizza cutter.
