Heard John was doing his podcast from LCA yesterday. Went to his site to see if the podcast dropped yet. It has not. Ended up listening to the Babcock firing episode 11/21/19. John talks for several minutes about MTU Hockey. Even suggested he may do his podcast from MTU at Winter Carnival. Worth a listen. Starts at 51:20. Also talks about some history about Sidnaw. 58:40 Most won't know where that is. Hunted there many years ago.

Side note, I'm still saddened that the movie Reindeer Games chose to shoot in British Columbia because of "slightly better tax breaks" and never shot even B-roll on location in the UP.

no, I agree, he's a good fit for Michigan and Joe's been good to us. Finally met him. He's super personable. but we still have to poke at tMel.

I dont really hold a grudge against Marv...... but as an alum, for him to leave and go to a rival....he will have to live with the chirps for life from me.....

Great finish!!!

I was only able to watch the third period, but it sounded like the team was outplayed for large parts of the game, but they looked pretty **** good in the third!!

I'm sure everyone knows on here but it's worth reiterating. Mel left for personal reasons. it wasn't the school or the fans or the money.
