Didn't do much besides eat - been to SF area before, so there wasn't a lot I wanted to see.

Carter isn't some huge loss but you basically just got a lesser version of him to save $4 million. Which isn't gonna make or break anything next year but it just seems like a cheapskate move with no real benefit.

Like who and how much do those players cost? This team is cheap it is what it is. That's not to say they can't be competitive, win a WS, or that the budget won't increase a bit once this team is more competitive but right now they clearly don't see it being realistic and they're. It gonna make a huge splash for next year or anything.

Brewers were on MLBN's 30 Clubs in 30 Days the other night. Did you know... Keon Broxton was 3rd in the NL in exit velocity? Really. Behind Stanton and someone I can't remember. Hey, it's... something!

Junior Guerra is your Opening Day starter. Only 9 more days.

SI picked the Brewers 13th in the NL, but that's OK, because Cincinnati is still behind them. Woohoo for not last place! They also had a brief article about our new first baseman, Eric Thames.

Also, I have no idea why they would pick the teams like they have NBA-type playoffs.

Ryan Braun has joined the Big Three as the only players to make at least 10 Opening Day starts for the Brewers.

This makes me feel a little ill.

Hey, Happy Opening Day. Junior Guerra left the stadium on crutches.

Not that it blows our World Series chances or anything.. but that kinda sucks.

The Brewers are over .500 for the first time since 2014. I don't honestly think they're going to stay there (not with this pitching staff). I was going to say that's a long time, but then I remembered they've gone 12 years without a winning season before.

I have no idea if Eric Thames is using some super-secret undetectable Korean PED or not, but ****, this is fun to watch.
