She was 15 during the U18 tournament, youngest player on the team.

Not a news flash given her participation in the U18 tournament but she is a really good player. Have watched her for years.

Very doubtful. This list contains mostly American players. Team Ontario, where 75% of all Canadian girls play, is made of 2015-16 girls with a couple from 2016-17 thrown in. No 2017-18 players. There might be a couple girls from other provinces at this age but I have yet to see all team rosters. Wont be much competition for Team Ontario at this event. In non Winter Games years, Ontario sends 2 teams and typically wins gold and silver with little competition. With only 1 team from Ontario this year I cant see any other province winning much less beating Ontario.

Great to hear.

Do you know if she was likely recruited as a forward or a defense? I see she is listed a forward for St. Paul's but a defenseman for East Coast Wizards.

i don't know...I only saw her on defense at Wizards. quick, tough, clean player

Her line at St Paul's is 24-13-13-26. If she's being brought in as a defenseman she'll have some good offensive development, which isn't a bad thing if one wants to play in the back at Cornell.
