One D to go. With 5 goals against tonight they'll have plenty of video to review.

Waiting until the last minute to see if Santini can play. With the first game 2 days away, not sure how or what they will judge on.

I would think the conditioning of Santini and whether the coaching staff thinks he can play so much over the next two plus weeks

They probably evaluated Santini at practice this morning, I would think the final cut will be made sometime after midnight tonight as to not cut someone on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, they had to take the official tournament team picture before practice today and there are 24 players in the picture, some poor player is going to have a lasting reminder of not being on the team, but will still be in the team photo. http://worldjuniors.usahockey.com/news_article/show/458642?referrer_id=701370

Perhaps he'll become a coach and do the exact same thing as his famous predecessor.

Denmark up 2-0 after 1 with 2 PP goals. That's not a good look for Russia but I'd predict, for the moment, that they come back to win.
