For my money it's Dartmouth, Princeton and Brown. Three IVY league programs going nowhere fast.

Never bet against Brown in the playoffs. Not sure if it's reaching the semis or the finals that causes DQ from this tournament.

a female assistant AD was also put on administrative leave. at the same time. points? or no? do tawdry sex scandals help or hurt? not that there is anything going on. I just made that up. nothing to see here Northern fans. sincerely, huskyfan.


would an unbuilt TV or radio license help? something that exists on paper but has no actual physical plant or broadcasting abilities? or an unlicensed underground radio station that is definitely NOT sanctioned by the FCC? could huskyfan be of help with making sure the public gets no actual or virtual access to these games?

I wondered about that too, although I'd like to suggest one - the Pontiac Silverdome.
Everything you need for a perfect early-rounder, and one in keeping with the "trendy" trend of outdoor venues:
* Huge seating capacity, guaranteeing the soul-sucking affect of a sparse crowd
* Early spring event with a sporting chance of an epic thaw = optimal ice conditions
* Economically soft area with near-bankrupt school district and high drop-out rates - just enough added clientele to make this a legitimate sports gathering.
* The ghosts of NFL ineptitude-past, enhancing an atmosphere of despair - a BFB/FF fan experience must-have!
I can go on, but you can see for yourself the organic decomposition of suites and other amenities (http://detroiturbex.com/content/parksandrec/silverdome/img/41.jpg) - again ... a critical element and one that may put this one over the top!

See Freddie's post above; apparently there may be even bigger plans for the SD and the BFB-FF this year.

I implore the committee to select him to broadcast the event. Well, it'd be more like attempting to broadcast it. Whatever he does, he should do it.
