1) Minnesota - (Will they lose all year?)
2) Wisconsin - (Off to a strong start! Look to be dangerous and lots of scoring punch)
3) Boston College - (Best out East by far)
4) Harvard - (They are still undefeated)
5) North Dakota - (Intersting weekend with Bemidji)
6) Bemidji State - (Hmmmmm. Bemidji sweep this weekend could turn some heads)
7) Clarkson - (Who else could I put here?)
8) Boston University - (Gotta have two Boston teams in the top ten, right?)

I want to rank BC higher than MN or WI because IMO, they have played a tougher schedule than the other two, yet TTT has me convinced Penn St is a top ten team (just like he had me convinced Northeastern was a top ten, make that top 5 team a couple weeks ago) therefore MN actually has played the tougher schedule and thus deserves #1.

3-WI (and they have the distinction of being the cupcake eaters this year)
4-Clarkson
5- UND
6- Harvard
7- Bemidji
8-Quinnipiac
9-who gives a rats butt, they sit home and watch the rest anyway but TTT says we gotta name someone so BU

Connecticut College Camels? Whoops, that's a D III school.

If you'd poll the preschoolers on D III nicknames, NESCAC alone would provide Camels, Bantams, Panthers, Bobcats. And Lord Jeffs. And Jumbos. And Polar Bears. And Purple Cows. And White Mules.

Quinnipiac vs. Western Ontario exhibition and an OT tie at 1-1...:confused:

Good result? Bad? Neutral? A little help here for rankings purposes.

No idea how to interpret that one.

It was an exhibition, and given you have actual NCAA competition to consider, the exhibition should be ignored. Quinnipiac had a 46-9 shot advantage, shooting at a different goalie every period. The Bobcats played a freshman goalie who has yet to see game action. The teams didn't take this all that seriously, so neither should we.

Ya exhibition games don't count for anything in terms of stats and rankings. I thought everyone knew that. All they are good for is opinions.

Poster rankings aren't official rankings. This poster chooses not to ignore exhibition results for ranked teams. It's fine if others want to. ;)
