It's a bold statement, specially since in dont know a lot of the girls who have committed to other schools , but I'm going to say, from what Ive read, Winsconsin class will be the top class this year, and over all, one of the best ever!!
You said, "from what I've read".
So, I've "read" of 3 commits (btw Cogan is a F not a D). No question in my mind that I would rather have the 3 UM 2015 skater commits. There are also a couple of other schools with classes that are shaping up to be equally as good or better than UWs. I'd also rather have UW's 2014 class than their 2015 class if I had to pick.
UW always should have a solid class, but to say it is the top class or the best ever is a bit over the top, especially this early.

MN 2009 – Bozek, Ratty (what it lacked in volume made up in overall value)
Not sure if your intentions was to start a new topic… but not a bad one for the off season.
A couple counters to your suggestion…
MN 2012 - Brandt, McMillen, Stecklin with Leveille and Menefee for kickers.
MN 2008 – Lams, Schleper, Erickson
MN 2009 – Bozek, Ratty (what it lacked in volume made up in overall value)
Others…
And of coarse the obligatory Clarkson class of 2010: Jamie Lee Rattray, Carley Mercer, Vanessa Gagnon, Brittany Styner, Shelby Nisbet, Vanessa Plante and Erica Howe = NC$$ National Championship![]()
I think that is correct, and Minnesota's recruiting class including Kessel, Terry, Davis, Gillanders, and Liz Turgeon was also in the mix with the Clarkson class. If I remember correctly they were ranked as the number 1 or 2 freshman class in the country when they were recruited.

So if this really is a statement of the 2014 recruiting class as is my guess, does the news that Cianfarano is now not coming to Wisconsin change things?
