Not horrible but my God what is with the infatuation with Cornell?

Again -- this coming from someone who was all aboard the Cornell bandwagon at the beginning of last year

I remember. Cornell (and their brethren) have a tough go of it early due to the late start.

Strangely, a player who blossomed after transferring away from the best coach in the world.

(1) I simply do not get the Cornell votes. That baffles me.
(2) Lindenwood??

Coaches must be voting for Cornell, which suggests to me that they like the freshmen class that the Big Red have coming in. Outside of that, I like Cornell's blue line, and not that much else among the returning players.
(2) Lindenwood??
Lindenwood has been swept at home by two teams that aren't getting any votes, so yeah, I got nothing on this one.

Re: 2015-2016 D-I Polls and Rankings

The last time BU was unranked in the USCHO poll appears to be March 1st, 2010 (although I could be wrong). Will this be the first week since then that they fall out?

Re: 2015-2016 D-I Polls and Rankings

Eastern bias? Who knows, but it's interesting that the only team to give them a game so far is an unranked team from the WCHA.
Had you not bolded BC I would have assumed you were talking about the Badgers.

At least BC didn't need an empty net to put away Duluth.

The bias is strong with this one...

Re: 2015-2016 D-I Polls and Rankings

My mistake. You are right.

I will retract that statement in favor of: Wisconsin needed an empty net to put away ST. CLOUD??

Surely you aren't implying that St. Cloud is in the same stratosphere as UMD? Because that's what you're implying suggesting the pollsters are crazy for putting BC above UW.

Katie Fitzgerald, I mean St Cloud, had a good defensive result against Wisco yesterday. What would the Huskies do without her?!?!?!?!?! Too bad she can't score for them too! Hey they had 24 shots against the Badgers.....unfortunately that was a 2 game total.

No, wasn't implying anything of the sort. I was just having a little fun, catching you in a rare slip up. ;)
