There are times it's deserved and the coach does need to go; but other times it's a knee jerk reaction to save a GM from the embarrassment of overpaying for useless talent.

If Jon Scott can't win that fight, what good is he? He can't play hockey and if he gets beat by smaller guys, why the hell have him taking a roster spot?

By a guy in his first NHL fight, in his second NHL game. Yeah Jon Scott is useless.

What's hilarious is the number of fans JJ has gained for knocking down Jon Scott.

to be fair to JOHN Scott, I'm pretty sure he's as surprised as the rest of us that he made it to the NHL and is still playing.

Loved him when he was on the Hawks and the way he chased Philip around earlier this season was hilarious.

Doubt that guy gets another... let's say... fortunate shot on Scott like that again.


I got pretty used to seeing Scott cave faces in until nobody would fight him anymore.

And as I've posted here before... 1:09 of this video... adorable... if I can say that about a hockey player. :D

Have to agree with yu, but his eyebrows always creeped me out.

Okay, before everybody gets all out of hand with wilda/s/s predictions about which team will win The Cup, you'd do well to remember this is a Canadian game. Montreal is among the playoff teams. Alright, so Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver aren't in the playoffs. Ya still hafta remember: this is a Canadian game. :o :D
