I agree msoh, I think Mich State is actually playing pretty good right now and will be a tough out if they win Thursday.

One can hope - and not because I think that PSU would be easier to beat.

I'd just like to see Michigan miss the NCAAs again and be able to point and laugh. :D

This year's series were often pretty close:

MSU and OSU - 0-1-3
MI and PSU - 2-2-0
MI and UW - 1-2-1
OSU and UW - 2-2-0
MN and UW - 2-2-0

Should be some pretty intense hockey this weekend.

Can Michigan still make the tournament if they lose to Penn State tomorrow? Because I'd like to see Penn State win (and we can point and laugh at the PSU-Michigan season series), but I'd also like to see half of the Big Ten in the NCAA tournament.

They are at 11 now, they will drop if they lose, and you have the at-large teams that knock out 1-2 Top 16 teams per year, so it'd be really close.

Maybe you'all misread my post. Minnesota will play Becky this Saturday. The cream WILL rise to the top. Unfortunately there will be a popcorn skunk underfoot, but we've been there before

We apparently even scared them out from their own thread because that even quieted down. Which is sad since I didn't get a chance to troll there since they all retreated. I'll be suprised if we see more then a post or two from any of their fans since they are too busy pouting they're in danger of missing the NCAA, or scared having to face PSU again.

In a one and done anything can happen, hot goalie, bad bounce, whistle happy refs, this should be a good tourney with close games.

I have a couple of friends going to Milwaukee for the basketball regional. Looking at the schedule for my bus ride today, I appreciate how much closer Milwaukee is than St. Paul!
