Delta State, Jackson State, Alcorn State, Southern Mississippi, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State off the top of my head, and I bet that there's a few more there as well.

I would hope and assume that Iowa voluntarily paid the replacement cost, but I highly doubt the Big Ten levied any fine. My first reaction to the story was "must be an SEC thing." I really can't recall any occasion when the Big Ten did this.I'm sure Iowa got some sort of fine for taking the Metrodome goalposts home in 2002.
