That is what I'm thinking too. There are some variables to consider....is ARodge playing? (not playing Nelson without ARodge) How hurt is Adrian? Is Toby hurt too?

ARodg hasn't been cleared yet, re-evaluated tomorrow. AP says he's gonna play, but I think that would be incredibly stupid. And Toby is fine.

Shut him down for the season. No need to put more wear and tear on his body for a lost season. Also it gives Toby a chance to audition for free agency. He's been a solid backup, with no chance of playing ahead of the best back in the league. He deserves his shot to get a chance to start somewhere. (and he's really cheap in FanDual and I want to pick him)

As for FanDual, I need to pick one lineup this week that I am thinking is the best chance to win, no doing 8 lineups with different combinations of players from a group I think will do well. 1 lineup. I entered the $25 entry fee league, first place is $25k.

I have started with the second lineup I posted yesterday and made some tweaks. McCoy was too expensive, dumped him for Vereen, and used the extra money to get Dez Bryant. Not sure if this is what I want to do yet or not. I can make changes right up until noon Sunday.

I ended up winning $10 in one league last week. Not bad considering I thought I'd get shutout, and I was only in 3 $1 leagues. Tripled my money. Funny that I won my money in the league I started Matt Cassel and Cordarrelle Patterson....Forte got me 27 points, and the Chiefs D 24, so that was nice. If I would have picked Jordan Cameron instead of Gronk I would have been in the $75-$100 winnings range.

QB Nick Foles @ Minnesota
RB DeMarco Murray vs. Green Bay
RB Shane Vereen @ Miami
WR DeSean Jackson @ Minnesota
WR Cordarrelle Patterson vs. Philadelphia
WR Marlon Brown @ Detroit
TE Jordan Cameron vs. Chicago
K Dan Bailey vs. Green Bay
D Carolina vs. New York Jets

I don't think I like this team as much as what I had before, the more I change it the more I think I'm messing it up. For example, I really like the idea of having LeSean McCoy, but he is really expensive, and I was having doubts that he was worth the money. So I replaced him with Shane Vereen. Then I added DeSean Jackson so I had someone for Foles to pass to (a rule of thumb I go by). Got nervous about starting Toby Gerhart, upgraded to DeMarco Murray, which in turn made me have to downgrade WR to Cordarrelle Patterson. Ugh.

If NFL games were 59:00 in length, the Minnesota Vikings would be 8-5 and leading the NFC North.

They've lost five leads with under a minute to play.

It's the hallmark of a bad team. Either the coaching or the will of the players is lacking, maybe both. Regardless, it's frustrating to watch.

if there was any doubt as to why so many sports fans my age think today's athletes are comparatively idiots, an Eagle gets a taunting penalty as part of the punt return team when there not only wasn't a return, but punted inside their own 20 while down by 12 points to one of the worst teams in the league.
