Me too. However, I like this idea a hell of a lot more than a Thursday night game. Maybe if the NFL gets good numbers they'll consider it for next season.

They may not have had a choice depending on both the A's and Raiders' agreements with the stadium authority...

Assuming this is a PPR league:

Manning - Might have been worth going with Matt Ryan for $9,000, but hard to argue with what Manning has done so far. I guess it would depend on the scoring setup of the league, along with what the $1,400 could be used for elsewhere.

Bernard - I like Bernard better than the other options you listed.

Sproles - A significantly better option that the other options listed, especially considering that McFadden is extremely iffy to play.

Welker - Again, a solid choice, but...

Thompkins - With Amendola coming back, and Gronk being in the mix, I would probably switch Manning out, and buy-up for a guy like Cobb or Cruz instead of Thompkins.

Jeffery - Good value, and the only other guy in your mix that I would consider would be Nate Washington. To me, it's a toss up and they'll likely put up similar numbers.

Gates - Hard to argue with getting him for that value.

Crosby - I don't trust him, but he should have plenty of opportunities against Detroit

Atlanta D - Of the bunch, the Rams may be the better option, but I think you'll do fine with Atlanta.

Overall, it's a good group of guys. I might switch Manning for Ryan and use that value to upgrade the receiver position. If it's not a PPR league, then I would definitely switch Manning out for a better RB option, and probably switch Welker out for a better WR option. I think Denver will have mild struggles with Dallas, and they may be kept to field goals more often than normal this season. I think Denver wins, but I don't see Manning putting up $1,400 more than Matt Ryan.

Its a fanduel league. I can make changes up until gametime, and I can change out for any player in the league, as long as I stay under the salary cap. One thing that I have learned from playing this game (fanduel) is your QB has to go off to win, 2 TDs and 300 yards doesn't cut it. It weighs QB play pretty heavily, IMO, so you need to pick the one or 2 guys that put up huge numbers for that week. I figure, the way Peyton is playing, he's got the best chance to put up huge numbers, and I'm paying for it. :p
