Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

Wonder when the last time was that Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina all lost on the same day? Could be an interesting race to see who Alabama will beat in Atlanta...
Sheer boredom: 10/9/2004, not nearly as far back as I thought. South Carolina lost to Mississippi, Georgia lost to Tennessee, and Florida lost to LSU.

SEC logic: Stanford beating UCLA shows how weak the PAC-12 is. Vanderbilt beating Georgia shows how deep the SEC is.
Waaaaaahhh...

Win some BCS championships and then it will mean something different when your mid-pack teams jump up and knock off a conference leader. It ought to be pretty well established by now that the top SEC teams are a cut above the top teams from other conferences - the SEC has nearly 50% more BCS bowl wins than PAC-12 (17 vs. 12), and would have even more if there weren't a limit of 2 bids per conference. I'm not sure the PAC-10/12 has ever had a 3rd place team who was BCS-worthy (a little help?). Your attempt at "ironic logic" seems actually logical to me.

Barring a miracle kick return here, LSU is gonna fall to Ole Miss...

I hate breast cancer as much as the next person, but no Oregon, no. Just no.

What channel are they on? I'm not seeing them on DirecTV.

Amen.

Was impressed with Iowa today. When Duzey went 85 yards to tie the game I thought we might see a miracle. If they okay that way next week, they should hammer a battered Northwestern squad.

Jesus God. I don't even think those qualify as pink. That looks like something I could make in design-your-own-team in NCAA '12.

Did they get those helmets from the Lingerie Football League?

They do look like a color you would find at Victoria's Secret.

Or some kindergarten girls with a box of Crayola 64's.

<strike>ASU's</strike> Washington State's 24 points down and getting chippy. Oregon's going to pour it on now.

Of course with those helmets we're no longer complaining about the shoulder wings. I think their plan is to add one thing each year. I'm thinking next year is codpiece.

The Oregon band looks like the soldiers from Spaceballs

FSU should be pushing Oregon in the BCS today

They looked pretty **** good last night. Of course, Clemson also looked like hot garbage (at least they scored that last second touchdown to cover the over). Their game against Miami should be a classic (and could very well be another matchup of top 5 teams).

That being said, an undefeated Oregon gets in over an undefeated Florida State. It really is as simple as that.
