To complete the circle, A&M hired the same law firm as Auburn used in the Cam Newton case.

Meanwhile, USC must disassociate from Reggie Bush in every way per the NCAA.

The NCAA...notsomuch.

Seems just.

Wisconsin v. LSU at Houston in 2014 and at Lambeau in 2016 is "official" until LSU cancels the return date sometime in 2015

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

Wow! When's the last time LSU went that far north, if ever?

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

One could only hope this game is NOT scheduled in early Sept. :p
Good point. I'm sure LSU won't be heading north later than the 2nd or third week of the season. Still, an SEC team venturing north in any fashion is a step forward for the league and its nonconference scheduling issues.

Who was president the last time LSU played a non-conference game north of the Mason-Dixon line:

1) Hoover
2) FDR
3) Truman
4) Eisenhower

Truman. LSU played at Boston College on October 17, 1947.

So are all 10 of the original Big 10 schools. :)
Close enough for government work. :p If that game happens I hope Wisconsin schedules it for November. LSU hasn't played a cold-weather game since they played at Fordham in November 1942.

Even if the game happens (like I said... it'll be at least two years before I'm convinced that I probably will), it's going to be within the first two weeks of the season. The odds of LSU actually going to Lambeau are already pretty low. The odds of them coming up here in anything but the SEC's beloved "ideal" conditions is slim to none.

Where's Morgantown, West Virginia on the Mason-Dixon? LSU beat WVU back in the olden days of 2011.

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

So its further north than soon to be Big Ten member Maryland. Not much of a case for that.
