2013-2014 Minnesota Gophers Future Schedule and Beyond

Re: 2013-2014 Minnesota Gophers Future Schedule and Beyond

One thing you may want to consider.... It could be that MN athletic director Joel Maturi is the one behind the 20 home game requirement. Seeing that his contract ends next June, there is a good chance he won't be back and the policy could change in the coming years with a new person at the helm.

What we're doing hypotheticals now?

Notre Dame would be. I'm at least consistent. I hate Wisconsin too. And anyone in the NaCHoC.

I want to see if you are consistent. Thanks. ;)

I'm sorry. Why would the other 50+ schools agree to this change? Frankly, you're already planning on not playing anyone on the road, so it's not like you can bribe or threaten the rest of the rules committee.

This isn't like changing the bowl eligibility rules to allow 6-6 teams when the BCS conferences have a slight majority.

I never said the other 50 schools would like the idea. Sheez. IMO, the Big Ten would like to change back the .500 rule. Do I see it happening? No but I never thought I would see the Big Ten hockey conference starting up.

IMO, the only way this changes is if the football program makes more money to balance out a 2 game series loss. Do I see this changing in the future? Nope.
