2013-14 Season Rosters

Re: 2013-14 Season Rosters

...can we all agree that no one on this board wants to see you naked? What - we have to take a vote??? (there isn't enough rum, hold the coke, on the planet...)

I'm not going to be one of the one's not allowed to dress :D

Are you making any trips to the games this year? Was sad to see him leave. I know we appreciated what he did in the short time at Plattsburgh. His work ethic will be a true fan favorite. Deffently looking forward to making the 40 mile drive to the Domes to see him play a few times this year. Glad he got another shot and Elmira is getting a pretty good piece to a much needed puzzle.

Just read the Geneseo media guide...

Main pieces of information that I did not know were:

A) Mitch Stephens (Geneseo '07) has returned as an Assistant Coach.

B) Len Perno (Oswego '95) is the new goalie coach. He graduated over a decade before I started following SUNYAC hockey, but figured that would be an interesting factoid for any older Oswego fans.

That is really cool to hear. Mitch was probably the most skilled player I ever saw in a Geneseo uniform. Like a lot of skilled players it seemed sometimes like he was playing the game at a different speed than everybody else, or could almost slow time down to do more things in the same amount of time as everybody else. I remember one season he scored some ungodly number of shorthanded goals and led the country in that stat by a good margin. It's great that he will be back behind the bench in Geneseo.
