Final: Platty vs. SNC
Pool B: WIAC
Norwich NOT the #1 seed in ECAC-E

risky, eh?! :)

Pool B: ECAC West
Primelink champion wins NCAA title

I know UWEC isn't.....

Whoever represents the West in the final four will win it to make it 7 times in the last 9 years a western team has won the title. The tourney will be set up so only one team from the west can advance to the final four based on whatever criteria makes it justifiable at tournament selection time. Top three teams in the West in alphabetic order: SNC, UWEC, UWSP. The first time in Adrian's history that they win 17 games or less (I didn't look at their history, but believe they've never lost 8 games in a season?). First of at least 10 years in a row that SNC wins the SNCHA's, I mean NCHA's, auto bid. :-D

MCHA losses their AQ, no Wisconsin schools in the NCHA playoffs, and it isn't RIT's fault.

Oswego comes in 4th in the SUNYAC.
Adrian fails to make the NCAA tournament.
ECAC-W continues pool B dominance.

Utica, Plattsburgh, SNC and NESCAC winner in the final four.

Utica over SNC for the national title.

oswego, tough 1st half better 2nd half.will take time for sooooo many new players to mesh with so few returning players,but it will b interesting to watch, and read posts about. would have to go wth platty, norbert,utica and a dark horse??

I think you got it correctly picked as far as 2 Western teams getting into the Final Four. SNC will win the NCHA regular season, only to get ambushed by Adrian for the AQ.
Plattsburgh and Utica are the other two combatants, but both will get smoked by the bigger, faster, and stronger teams from the West.
SNC will win the DIII National Championship.

* If not Adrian, just insert UWEC in their place as that possibility exists in a first round match up.
** The MIAC's AQ is Toast.
