Big game tonight against a Maine team coming in with a winning record and wins over BC and Lowell this year. However they are 0-5-1 away from Alfond Arena so they are pretty much a team that shows it is tough at home and not very good on the road. Really need this game tonight especially in the wake of getting a big commitment last night in Landon Smith.

Definitely need a complete effort tonight. All the pieces of the puzzle are there, they just need to put them together.

Great recruiting job being done for sure. Riga is supposed to be a top-notch recruiter and it seems to be paying dividends. I wonder how hard they need to sell the school and program?

With one of the top arenas in the northeast along with Pegula Ice Arena and Agganis Arena they have a huge advantage there. The academics have improved dramatically which only helps in bringing in quality recruits. They have the ability to win any recruiting battle I believe if they try hard enough.

Just called the box office for standing room which are available, there are also some seats in Section 111 left, available by phone.

Crazy. It's so much fun to see the program continue to work hard. Getting to the national championship game once isn't good enough. Got to love the mindset around there right now.

Another nice win tonight. Not our best effort but you have to credit Maine for the way they played. They cut off passing lanes, were physical and played hard. We did enough to win the game and that's all that matters. On to Harvard on Tuesday. I'll be at that game.

Agreed. I'll keep my criticism to myself for now... suffice to say they still have more to give and need to give it.

Maine was a lot better than I thought they'd be. Oullette is the real deal and Shore is a stud. They played well enough to win. Thankfully, we came out on top.

Take it to the Crimson on Tuesday.
