Adam Oates called the goal "disrespectful." I'm a Rangers fan and didn't mind it. The D didn't step up and he torched them. End of story.

Was it "disrespectful" of Gretzky (and I'm sure Oates did this at least once) to stand behind the net, flip the puck over the net, off the goalie's back and into the net? It's damm hard to score a goal in the NHL so however you do it is fine.

For a second I thought I was in the NFL thread. But then I saw Dallas was winning, so it couldn't be.
