no matter what happens tomorrow, this was a good day to be a Sioux fan. we have one more game with these jerseys and I hope Hak makes the boys play with the intensity that we saw in tonight third period. congrats to the coaching staff, the players and the fans.... Hey Sioux Sioux!!!!!!!!!

Since, both teams will be playing three games in three nights I wouldn't be surprised if we see small little injuries after the game.

denver played an extra 90 minutes almost plus the game 3 vs. wisco... are their legs tired? minny's weren't and that was not a problem so no biggie...

Denver is dialed in and hungry for the cup. Played some of their best hockey of the day in the OT's. Legs not a factor, it's all about the will to win. A bigger factor on the negative side for DU is running 5 D men. I expect a close hard fought battle. Goal tending and D will be the factor.

Gopher fans aced their spelling bee, didn't misspell the name of our state even once. However, it was a hockey game, not a spelling bee. After the spelling bee was over, the Gopher faithful left to beat the traffic rather than suffer further humiliation. They lived up to their reputation of "Golden Chokers". So much talent, so little heart. Should be a great championship game, with 2 great hockey teams. Wow!

Sadly, you are correct. More over, I am already in the mindset of not really caring about the other WCHA teams and rivalries. Don't get me wrong I want to win all the games its I just have moved on.

Sitting in Sec. 125, we had some concentrations of Sioux fans, but it was rather light hearted this year, as compared to the last few years where the Sioux fans got extremely obnoxious.

I personally think that this is a coaching failure on the gophers part. No team should get beat that bad in 35 minutes.

Well, for the third straight year, and fourth time in five years, North Dakota matches up with Denver in the Final Five. North Dakota's biggest rival (IMO) for the Broadmoor...could it get any better?

Hopefully both teams are not overly tired, and play a great game. If they want to keep the outcome the same as last year, that would be fine by me. :)
