Records are meant to be broken, but 2 more days with hits and Willingham (14) takes Puckett (15) out of the twins record book for consecutive games with a hit to start the season.

You are right, as is grey. Morris was a free agent signing to a one year deal in 1991.

This team actually has a decent lineup, especially with Parmelee in. Pitching is the issue.

Johan Santana was a rule 5 guy, not a free agent though.
Shannon Stewart was a deadline deal trade though.

Definitely. And thats the smart move. If they can get a high end prospect or a few mid level prospects, they have to make that move.
