2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Would anyone be mad at the team at this point for giving in and just going young?

Outfield of Span-Hicks and Benson. Bring Dozier up to play shortstop. Cash in the chips on Valencia, Plouffe and Casilla. Bring up Diamond and French for the rotation, so we have a rotation of Pavano-Diamond-Blackburn-Hendricks-French. Clean house, and start this thing over again. It is obvious that what they're doing now is a total failure.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

I doubt anyone would notice if they went young. No starting pitching and no hitting. Other than that, things are okay.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

I saw a tweet yesterday that hinted that Paige isn't going to be an FSN girl much longer. It was something along the lines of "It has been a fun year, but I have to get back to pursuing my education" or something like that. Which must be why this whole search thing is going on. And I firmly believe that Paige>Jenny, and I won't be persuaded, the fact that you could project a movie on Jenny's front teeth is a big turn off.

Yeah...Paige is going to grad school in Pennsylvania or something.

And if you like girls with that "drowned rat" look, more power to ya.

Turn target field into a football field. Throw some crappy bleachers up in a few places.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Solid 7-20 start to the year. That's what, a .259 winning percentage.

42-120 Season. Not bad.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

KFAN told me this morning that the Twins just set the record for fewest hits in a 4 game span. Well played, Mauer.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

That's close. They need to pick up the pace though so they can have the all time record over The Spiders.
I'm not losing hope. Everything I've seen from this team so far tells me that they are capable of extended length losing streaks.

So does Weaver no hit us again?
So glad we are sending Liriano and his 9+ ERA out there too.
