2012 Golf Season - No matter how you slice it, it's still fun.

Re: 2012 Golf Season - No matter how you slice it, it's still fun.

Golf.com leaderboard...about 12 players have a little extra info after their name...it signifies something I am sure. It is a little swoosh after their name, including some guy named Woods. Nobody else has a mark such as this after their names, just these guys...pray tell, what does this swoosh thingy indicate??

I understand the flags to help us understand what country they are from, although there is no team score that I'm aware of...do we really need to know what type of ball/club/shoe/shirt/undies these guys are sporting?

The swoosh looks like the Nike symbol. I would assume that those players are sponsored by that company.

Right you are - roll your mouse pointer over the swoosh and up pops what's in his bag.

Good to see Freddie on top of the leader board. I hope his back holds up through Sunday!

I realllllly want Phil to win this one.

44-36-80 on Friday. Talk about a frustrating front nine. Nine pars on the back nine.

Prediction: Lefty is going to win, but not the one everyone thinks ;)

Talking about Louis or Phil?

On Phil's decision, tough call what to do without beig Phil and seeing the ball live, etc. Easy to say he should've gone to the tee to try and put it on in three now after that disaster, but I don't know.
That was Louis. I'm just getting done laughing at Phil. :D

I picked Louis at the start of this round, but he has been really shaky after the double eagle. Well, until that clutch putt. I'm really hoping that Bubba pulls it off.

I'll go with Matt Kuchar. I putt 25 bucks on Kuchar at 1in 30 odds..that'd be a decent rate of return!;)

Just when Phil decides to get his round back on track...he promptly puts his next drive 40 feet into the trees. I love it.

I love how Watson just pulls the driver and bombs it at every possible opportunity.

He absolutely smokes the ball. So fun to watch live if you ever get a chance.

I think it's great I can sit here and watch golf for five straight hours.

Plus, as some of you know, I'm related to Zach Johnson, so I was following him online this morning. Something about this tournament is just so special.
